The cost of allergy testing can be claimed using the Med 1 form - Please retain your receipt for this.
(This service is not covered by the medical card.)
A deposit will be taken at booking if you cancel within 24 hours the deposit will not be refunded but can be used against future appointments.
Please discuss with your health insurance prior to booking if your policy covers allergy testing, payment will have to made in the clinic and then you can submit your receipt if applicable to your health insurance.

Cod, sole, salmon, tuna, mackerel, prawn, mussel, lobster.
Fish & Shellfish:
Tree pollen, grass pollen, aspergillus, alternaria, cladosporium.
Inhalants:
Cat, dog, horse.
Animals:
If you think you are allergic to a food that is not currently on the list please contact the clinic as a specific skin prick test can be arranged for certain other foods.
